Cut One, Plant Ten

So many are times when we hear people complaining about drought and famine. So many are times when we hear people complaining that some people’s sins have caused the world to be the hell it is now. Something that people have never realized is that blaming others for something wrong that has happened rather than blaming ourselves is making the disaster worse.
When God created us and put us in this world, it was beautiful before His eyes. Rivers flowed from decades to centuries to millenniums, wildlife increased the beauty and rain was not a problem. Then the rapists of nature came up destroying God’s beauty. People cut down trees no matter how many times they are told: “Cut one, plant two.” People are hunting our precious wildlife. Our elephants are in danger, our buffalos are in trouble, don’t even dare to ask about the rhino {R.I.P Sudan}. Despite the fact that God kept a green cover over the earth for our country Kenya, the green cover is now less than 10%.
People are complaining about the scorching sunlight, but is this really God’s fault that people are suffering from skin cancer? It’s high time people we start reasoning up with the beautiful minds God granted us. We should not expect God to come straight outta heaven and fix the mess we set upon ourselves. For every problem, there is a solution: let’s return back the green cover on our land and all we will ask from mother nature will be in abundance.
We should now say, “CUT ONE, PLANT TEN” because we have so much to do to return our green cover. Remember, “Nature is unforgiving. If you destroy nature, it will hit back and it will destroy you.”
